Admission to the Sites (Clause 3.4)

4.25  Authorities should be aware of who will be on the Site to perform the Services to ensure they have appropriate security arrangements for dealing with such matters as fire evacuation etc. Therefore the Contractor will be required to provide accurate and up to date information concerning such persons to the Authority to enable the Authority to decide whether or not they will be permitted onto the Site. The Authority does not have to give reasons for any decision to refuse access.

4.26  Obviously prior notice will be difficult in emergencies. Therefore, there is a requirement for a representative of the Contractor or Sub-Contractor to accompany any individuals entering the Site pursuant to any emergency, details of whom must be given to the Authority.
