Refusal of Admission (Clause 3.5)

4.27  The Authority will have the right to refuse access onto the Site to any person employed or engaged by the Contractor or Sub-Contractor whose admission would present a risk to the Authority or anyone associated with the Authority. Whether any person presents such a risk is a decision for the Authority, which is normally not required to give reasons for its decision.
