Removal from Sites (Clause 3.7)

4.29  To ensure any decision to exclude or refuse access to the Site is carried through in practice, the Contractor is required to comply with any notice given by the Authority that a person on the Site poses a risk to the Authority, a person associated with the Authority or property on the Site. Such person will not normally be allowed any future involvement in the project without the prior written approval of the Authority.
