3.7  Removal from Sites

The Contractor shall comply with and/or procure compliance with any notice issued by the Authority from time to time requiring the removal from any of the Sites of any person employed thereon who in the opinion of the Authority acting reasonably is not acceptable on the grounds of risk to themselves or an Authority Related Party or property and that such persons shall not be employed again upon the Project without the written consent of the Authority.
