1.8  Management and Monitoring

The Authority requires that all parties involved in the provision of New Buildings or refurbished buildings and Services maintain quality plans and effective and efficient management systems and processes.

The Authority will monitor the following:

■  All design and construction drawings and associated documentation of all types at all stages of the project;

■  All construction and installation works, including off site fabrications;

■  The Contractors management and control procedures;

■  Testing and / or commissioning of the structure, systems and equipment;

■  Compliance with the agreed programme; and

■  General compliance with the Authority's Requirements.
