1.13.2  Sub-Structure

All works and services are to be fully co-ordinated in order to ensure that all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical services are integrated within the design of the Stations.

The design should also consider the proximity of any adjoining or nearby structures and should be designed such that movement or distress to the adjoining structures and roads does not occur. No foundations should extend beyond the boundary of the site.

Foundations, beams and the like must not be exposed in the finished building.
