1.13.11 Wall Finishes

Wall finishes are to be designed to eliminate cracking between different backgrounds, are to be of good quality and give a true, even surface finish. Paint finishes are to be of high quality, free from defects and fully washable. All wall finishes need to be carefully considered having regard to the use of the Zone or sub zone. Wall finishes in toilets and shower / changing areas are to be water resistant.
