1.13.16 Catering Stations
Where a fully fitted commercial kitchen is to be created, it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide a kitchen which fully meets the needs of all persons reasonably likely to use the kitchen. All fixtures, finishes, equipment and fittings necessary are to be provided by the Contractor. It is for the Contractor to determine the extent of work necessary to meet the Service Output requirements and to ensure that Stations comply with all the necessary service standards and appropriate legislation.Where Stations are to be provided for staff to make their own beverages, these shall be of a robust standard and all fixtures, finishes, equipment and fittings necessary are to be provided by the Contractor.
