1.14.5 Parking

There will be a variety of parking requirements within the Site, which will require consultation with the Local Authority Planning Department. Issues such as site location, public transport links, Government policies on transport and the Local Authority Planning Department transport policies must be included in the consultation process.

Insert the number and size of parking spaces that are required for each of the following categories:

 Visitor

 Disabled

 Staff

 Operational Vehicles (including those vehicles for which 'Essential User' status exists.

 Emergency/overflow parking

In determining the number of parking spaces required, consideration should be given to nature of overlapping shift patterns as well as public transport links and the highways networks.

As a public service and with the intention of the Authority to be a good neighbour, the Authority is seeking proposals that allow all authorised parking is contained on site to limit overspill car parking requirements.
