Internal Lighting

The Contractor should install lighting throughout the building, including emergency lighting to all roof spaces and plant locations, with a combination of manual switch control and PIR/microwave sensors. The Contractor should consider the use of each room in the buildings in determining how internal lighting is to be provided for that room.

Switches should be located in accordance with the appropriate sections of the Building Regulations
