External Lighting

The Contractor should provide an external lighting installation (subject to planning permission) to the open car parking areas and the perimeter of the building. The perimeter of the building should be illuminated where appropriate by wall mounted low pressure discharge luminaries. Consideration of some elements being switched by PIR detection should be made to allow for energy efficiency.
