Fire Detection and Alarm System

The Contractor should install an addressable fire alarm system to provide protection of the buildings.

The system should be interfaced with a central indicating panel to communicate alarm conditions insert where alarm to terminate. Identify the position for the main control unit and repeater panel if required.

The fire alarm sound shall be distinctly different to the turn-out alarm system and to the intruder alarm system and shall be clearly audible throughout the interior of all buildings.

The fire detection and alarm installations are to be connected to the FM Service Contractor monitoring system either locally or centrally with subsequent connection direct to the normal emergency (999) communication network.
