3.1  General Scope

Under the proposed PFI / PPP arrangements, the Contractor is to accept responsibility for all aspects of services or maintenance associated with the Stations over the Contract Period; details of these are described below.

The Contractor is to plan and deliver the following Services to all the New Buildings over the Contract Period. The relevant parts of the Contractors Proposals shall form the Facilities Management Plan.
