Grounds Maintenance
Catering (including Vending)
Window Cleaning
Furniture (Maintenance and Renewal)
The Contractor is to prepare a single electronic Facilities Management Plan that incorporates all of the following, with regard to Hard and Soft FM functions:
■ Planned Lifecycle Maintenance Plan and procedures for notification of all works (i.e. including reactive repairs and / or services) etc
■ Method Statements for all Hard and Soft Services (Service Delivery Plans)
■ Asset Protection Plan
■ Risk Management Plan
■ Energy Management Plan
■ Health and Safety Plan
■ Disaster Recovery Plan
■ Security Requirements
■ Staff Training and Welfare (including 'protection'/inoculation)
■ Performance Management and assessments/reviews
■ Strategic/Annual and/or Best Value Reviews
The Contractor should provide and manage all staff to ensure the following services are carried out:
■ Facility Services Management
■ Facilities Services Technician and / or Handyperson duties
■ Caretaking and / or Handypersons duties
■ Energy Management
■ Space Planning
■ Environmental Management
■ Health and Safety Planning
The Contractor should ensure a call-out facility is in operation at all times (i.e. including both 'normal' and 'out of office' hours), for the following Services:
■ Facilities Services Management
■ Building Maintenance (all trades)
■ Mechanical Services
■ Electrical Services
■ Caretaking and / or Janitorial Services13
