The Contractor is to prepare a single electronic Facilities Management Plan that incorporates all of the following, with regard to Hard and Soft FM functions:

 Planned Lifecycle Maintenance Plan and procedures for notification of all works (i.e. including reactive repairs and / or services) etc

 Method Statements for all Hard and Soft Services (Service Delivery Plans)

 Asset Protection Plan

 Risk Management Plan

 Energy Management Plan

 Health and Safety Plan

 Disaster Recovery Plan

 Security Requirements

 Staff Training and Welfare (including 'protection'/inoculation)

 Performance Management and assessments/reviews

 Strategic/Annual and/or Best Value Reviews

The Contractor should provide and manage all staff to ensure the following services are carried out:

 Facility Services Management

 Facilities Services Technician and / or Handyperson duties

 Caretaking and / or Handypersons duties

 Energy Management

 Space Planning

 Environmental Management

 Health and Safety Planning

The Contractor should ensure a call-out facility is in operation at all times (i.e. including both 'normal' and 'out of office' hours), for the following Services:

 Facilities Services Management

 Building Maintenance (all trades)

 Mechanical Services

 Electrical Services

 Caretaking and / or Janitorial Services13
