3.2  Hard FM

The Facilities Management Plan is to incorporate the Hard FM Services described below and, in doing so, it must be noted that the Authority expects the Contractor to demonstrate how its proposals will maintain the quality standards established in the design and construction of the New Buildings and/or refurbishment of the Station(s). Detailed method statements for reactive and planned lifecycle maintenance are to be provided under each of the following headings.

Service Standards for all Hard FM are required from the Contractor are outlined in Part Two of this Output Specification.
