3.3.2 Site Security and Health and Safety (Including Pest Control)

The Contractor is to ensure that all buildings, environments and users are kept safe and secure at all times.

The Contractor should provide fully inclusive Security and Health and Safety (including Pest Control) services appropriate to the Authority's needs and for the whole of the Site(s). The Services should comprise of appropriate physical and procedural systems for:

■  Security safety purposes during operational phase

■  Health and Safety provision and liaison with Authority's Representative

■  Car parking and traffic control

■  Pest and vermin control
