1  CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS:

The Contractor shall comply with all relevant statutory and health and safety legislation and other good industry standards, including British, European and International Standards.

All regulations, standards, codes or other relevant documentation herein referred to or inferred shall mean the current version of such documentation or the proposed version where application dates have been promulgated. Should any of the statutory requirements and standards listed in this appendix be updated at the time of submission the Contractor must work to the latest revision and notify the Authority.
