1.2  Other Requirements

The following requirements are indicative of the detail and quality standards the Authority expects to be complied with. The Contractor should demonstrate that these matters have been fully considered and incorporated within the Contractors Proposals. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that the proposals comply with the internal and external accommodation schedules, room data sheets and the Outline Specification detailed in the Contractor's Proposals at the Services Availability Date.
