1.2.5 Management & Monitoring

The construction Contractor and Facilities Management Contractor should have, and maintain during the entire Contract Period, accreditation in accordance with BS EN IS0 9001 or 9002 as appropriate.

Clear control procedures must be demonstrated insofar as they relate to compliance with the Project Agreement, and the Contractor's administration (of the SPV etc.).
