1.2.15  Roofs

Concealed, down pipes are to be of robust form; where exposed down pipes are aluminium, these shall be powder coated. All exposed gutter enclosures shall match down pipes.

Design of the roof should not allow horizontal loads to be transmitted to the external walls.
