1.2.26 External Finishes

At all times throughout the Service Period all elements of, and finishes to, the building fabric shall be present in a structurally sound, secure and robust state, free from damage, defects and undue wear and tear and in full working order. In addition, all elements shall be provided and maintained in accordance with the specification for the cleaning, maintenance, general and any other relevant Service requirements.
