Maintenance Service Standards
The following Service Standards are required from the Contractor:
KPI | Priority | Service Item | Required Service Standard |
1 | L | Internal and external glazing | Maintained in a complete condition to manufacturer's requirements and appropriate safety standards. |
2 | L | Building external maintenance | Maintained in a condition as designed and specified: repaired, made safe, protected or secured. |
3 | L | Building internal maintenance | Maintained in a condition as designed and specified: repaired, made safe, protected or secured. |
4 | L | Planned Preventative Maintenance | Undertake and maintain electronic PPM to the standards described in the [Contractors Proposals]. All Systems supplied and operational as designed. |
