On request tasks as agreed locally, (eg, binding door, tighten loose screws, etc) when required in Normal Working Hours.

Remove and dry spillages
Vomit, blood etc. - removal, clean and disinfect

Tubes, bulbs, diffusers (Multi-Lamp Units and starters).

Graffiti

Internal and External Walls



All walls to be free of graffiti. Removed or obscured/painted/covered on notification.
