The following Service Standards are required from the Contractor:
77 | L | Furniture | All furniture to be in proper working order in accordance with its designed purpose. Repair to proper working order, or replace or renew when necessary. |
78 | L | Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment | Installed or supplied, maintained and operational as designed. |
