Catering (Including Vending) (where applicable)
The following Service Standards are required from the Contractor:
87 | M | Vending Machines | Supply, maintain and stock hot/cold drinks, snacks and change machine. Attend and rectify machines in event of failure. |
88 | M | Kitchen Equipment and fittings, etc | Supply and maintain all kitchen equipment and fittings and attend and rectify equipment (ie cookers, fryers etc) in event of failure. |
89 | M | Hot and cold snacks from Kitchen/Servery | Provide all hot and cold snacks from the Canteen at all times outlined in the Contractors Proposals35. |
