The following Service Standards are required from the Contractor:

Vending Machines

Supply, maintain and stock hot/cold drinks, snacks and change machine. Attend and rectify machines in event of failure.

Kitchen Equipment and fittings, etc

Supply and maintain all kitchen equipment and fittings and attend and rectify equipment (ie cookers, fryers etc) in event of failure.

Hot and cold snacks from Kitchen/Servery

Provide all hot and cold snacks from the Canteen at all times outlined in the Contractors Proposals35.
