2.2 Phased Unitary Charge
♦ Where accommodation is introduced on a phased basis the following revenue phasing formula will be applied:

RP | = | the revenue phasing for the accommodation that is introduced, being the percentage of the total Annual Unitary Charge that is payable based on the introduction of accommodation on a phased basis. The total accommodation represents 100% and each accommodation will be given a weighting out of the 100% that will apply in determining the revenue phasing calculation. |

♦ The revenue phasing for an individual accommodation will be zero up to and including the month in which the Services Availability commences for that accommodation. Each accommodation must have full Services Availability before the revenue phasing is applied at the 100% rate.
