3.6  Deemed Unavailability

♦  If more than two Areas within Zone 1 of an Accommodation are Unavailable at the same time, then every Area within Zone 1 will be deemed to be Unavailable for the purposes of paragraph 3.5.1.  If there is only one Area within Zone 1and that Area is Unavailable, then 50% of all other Areas in the Accommodation affected by the Unavailability shall be deemed Unavailable.
