5.1  Repetition Deduction - Unavailability

♦  If Unavailability Deductions occur on four or more occasions for the same Area of the accommodation due to the same failure of an Availability Criterion during any Contract Month then from the fourth failure thereafter up to seven failures the Unavailability Deduction for that Area will be multiplied by a factor of 1.5 being the Repetition Deduction for that Area. From the eighth failure thereafter the Unavailability Deduction for that Area will be multiplied by a factor of 2 being the Repetition Deduction for the Area.
