7  Performance measurement and monitoring

The performance measurement and monitoring part of the payment mechanism provides a key link to the Output Specification in terms of setting out the arrangements for ensuring that Service Performance Standards are being maintained at the contracted levels. The ability to deliver an effective system to support this payment mechanism relies on a fully integrated Helpdesk facility that can record and report on both the Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services.
