Letter to Bidders Expressing an Interest

Thank you for expressing an interest in participating in the [insert name of Police / Fire and Rescue Authority] Police / Fire and Rescue PPP/PFI project.  Please find attached to this letter the following documents relating to the first stage of the selection process:

1. Information Pack

2. Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)

3. Invitation to Submit Outline Proposals (ISOS)]

Please note that the Police / Fire and Rescue Authority does not accept any liability for any of the information in the Information Pack and is provided for information only.  

You are required to keep the contents of the documents confidential to yourselves and the members of your bidding consortia.

You are invited to submit a PQQ and your response to the [ISOS] to the Police / Fire and Rescue Authority in accordance with the instructions included in the Information Pack, PQQ or [ISOS] as appropriate.

As noted in the Information Pack, you are also invited to attend a Bidders Conference arranged for [insert details] at the [insert details].  If you wish to attend the Bidders Conference, or be represented at the Conference, I would be pleased if you could let the Police / Fire and Rescue Authority know who your representative will be.

If you have any queries relating to the documents attached, these should be addressed to the Project Director for the Police / Fire and Rescue project, whose name and contact details are included in the Information Pack.
