Part 1 - Purpose and Format of the Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS)

The Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority is issuing this ISDS to the [insert three or four] Bidders short-listed through competitive dialogue for the fire and rescue service or police project being developed by the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority.  The ISDS sets out the steps that the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority will take to obtain specific information to enable the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority to select a Preferred Bidder and subsequently award a Contract for the fire and rescue service or police project.
