The PFI Reference Project

An Outline Business Case (OBC) for the PFI project was prepared to document the conclusions of the appraisal of project and procurement options.  Members and CLG/Home Office have approved the OBC and the chosen project/procurement option identified in the OBC - the PFI Reference Project.  CLG/Home Office and the Project Review Group (PRG) have awarded a PFI Credit to the Project to assist the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority to meet the costs of the additional capital investment required for the PFI project.]
