The attention of Bidders is drawn to the information that is available through the Collaborative Website [and in the Data Room].

Collaborative Web

No documents may be removed from the Data Room and all documents must be treated with care and should not be marked, altered, modified, varied, defaced, damaged or destroyed in any way.  Photocopies may be taken on request.

The information provided through the Collaborative Website [and in the Data Room] is provided in good faith.  The Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority makes no representation in respect of the accuracy and completeness of the information, and no liability shall be incurred by the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority regarding the use of the information by the Bidders.
