Arrangements for liaison, inspection and surveys

It is the responsibility of each Bidder to ensure that they have all of the information they need to prepare their Solutions.

Liaison

All contact must be made through the Project Director (contact details as set out in Part 1 of these Instructions) regarding liaison with interested parties or site surveys, inspections, and investigations during the Solution preparation period.

Surveys, Inspections and Investigations

Insofar as the Bidder seeks to place any reliance on the information relating to the fire and rescue service or police project then the Bidder shall satisfy himself as to the accuracy of such information by carrying out such tests, surveys, site investigations and such as the Bidder shall deem necessary.

Bidders may carry out surveys, inspections and investigations at their own cost.
