Bidders should provide a general statement describing how the structural design concept is wholly integrated with the architectural design concept. In conjunction with layout drawings and sections, this response should describe the following topics as a minimum:

•  the strategy for the structural grid or layout; and

•  short-term flexibility and longer-term adaptability (particularly for removing and rebuilding partition walls).
