Bidders should provide a detailed explanation of how they have ensured that the delivery of Services is fully integrated into the designs of the facility.
Bidders should provide the details of the methods they will employ to ensure that the Services comply with requirements of the PFI Project Agreement, the Services Specification, Good Industry Practice, Guidance and all applicable Legislation and Local Authority policies.
Bidders should provide details of least [two] reference sites where similar Services have been implemented.
Bidders are required to provide:
• a proposed management structure, setting out the roles and responsibilities of managers within each Service and how these will be integrated into one coherent whole;
• details of the approach to the development of detailed Method Statements as specifically required at the different stages of the Project. This should include detailed service delivery plans for each service area as follows:
• Building Services Maintenance
• Contract Management and Reporting
• Caretaking, Cleaning, Waste management and, Pest control services;
• Catering;
• Furniture provision and renewal;
• Health and Safety;
• Security;
Bidders should provide a preliminary maintenance plan describing the inspection and maintenance regimes in terms of Programmed Maintenance, unprogrammed maintenance and continuing energy efficiency. The statement should also cross-refer to the engineering proposals regarding access for replacement and availability of spares etc and Bidders' life cycle strategies.
