Caretaking, Cleaning, Waste Management and Pest Control

Method Statements should be submitted which demonstrate how,

•  The Bidder shall operate the agreed routine caretaking schedule

•  The Bidder shall operate the agreed ad hoc and reactive caretaking schedule

•  The Bidder shall operate the agreed routine cleaning schedule  

•  The Bidder shall operate the agreed deep cleaning Schedule

•  The Bidder shall operate the agreed Reactive Cleaning service to address Emergency, Urgent, and Routine service requests at all times

•  The Bidder shall provide a comprehensive waste management service to the standards specified in the Service Specification

•  The Bidder will provide for a safe and efficient methods of catching, destroying and safely disposing of pests
