Profile of the Service Provider

Bidders are required to provide the following information, or its nearest equivalent, about the entity that will become the Service Provider (or Special Purpose Vehicle).  

In respect of the Service Provider:

•  Corporate name

•  Legal status

•  Country of incorporation (if appropriate)

•  Registered number (if appropriate)

•  Full names and addresses of all directors

•  Full names, addresses and (where appropriate) registered numbers of all members

In respect of the member companies of the Service Provider (or Special Purpose Vehicle):

•  A chart showing the structure of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and in particular the share-holdings, loan structures and contractual relationships between the SPV members and the SPV

•  Corporate name

•  Legal status

•  Country of incorporation (if appropriate)

•  Registered number (if appropriate)

•  Full names and addresses of all directors

•  Full names, addresses and (where appropriate) registered numbers of all members.
