Financial and Commercial including Legal and Contractual
The financial and commercial evaluation will award scores to reflect the extent to which Solutions meet the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority's expectations in the following areas:
• Commercial Acceptability and Risk Transfer - [40%]
• The financial and economic standing of the consortia - [10%]
• Financial robustness of the Solution - [10%]
• Deliverability of the funding package - [15%]
• Legal and Contractual - [25%]
