The Financial and Economic Standing of the Consortia

The evaluation will take into account the financial robustness of the organisations involved in the bidding consortia and the strength of the funding proposals.  The aim is to ensure that the Fire and Rescue Authority or Police Authority only enters into a Contract with financially robust and secure Bidder or bidding consortia.
