Procedure for the Submission of Refined Solutions

Refined solutions must be made in accordance with the requirements for submission of Bids as set out in the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders.

Refined solutions are to be returned to the same address and comply with the submission requirements specified in section [insert details] of the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders.

Bids must be returned in accordance with the timescales set out in Paragraph • below.
