SCHEDULE 3 The Service Delivery Plan

[Note to Bidders: The following sets out the basic requirements for the [Transition Plan, Method Statements for service delivery and Business Continuity Plan] which must be complied with. Bidders will be expected to supply a response to the ISOS which demonstrates that:

For the Transition Plan - they will be in a position to mobilise to provide the Transition Services during the Transition Period and the Services at the Service Commencement Date

For the Business Continuity Plan -  

For the method statements for service delivery - staff, infrastructure, service delivery plans, monthly reports, performance management and quality assurance.
