SCHEDULE 8 Authority's Obligations

The purpose of this Schedule is to set out the agreed obligations of the Authority in addition to any obligations specified in the main contract clauses.  The Authority's obligations should be specific, quantifiable and their scope clearly defined, so that there is no confusion or ambiguity regarding what the Authority has to do. It may be helpful to separate the obligations into those being performed during the Transition Period, the Service Period or throughout the life of the Agreement.  The Authority needs to make absolutely sure that it can meet its obligations.
