5.  AMENDMENT OF THE PARTNERING GOVERNANCE ARRANGEMENTS

5.1.  The parties recognise that the partnering governance arrangements and structures set out this Schedule 12 as at the Agreement Date will need to be reviewed regularly throughout the Contract Period to ensure that they remain appropriate and workable.

5.2.  The provisions and requirements of this Schedule 12 shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the [Partnership Operations Board] and may be varied or amended from time to time by agreement between the Service Provider and the Authority.
