1.  GENERAL

1.1.  For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that no Authority Change or Service Provider Change shall occur or be deemed to have occurred through course of conduct or otherwise but only through the application of the provisions of this Schedule 14 (Change Control Procedure).
