2  General obligations of the parties

2.1  The Service Provider shall work with the Authority to:

(a)  assist the Authority in prioritising or identifying which Further Services to seek to progress through the Further Services Approval Procedure; and

(b)  take into consideration the views of relevant stakeholders in relation to the Further Services.

2.2  The Authority shall in working with the Service Provider pursuant paragraph 2.1 above consider whether any adjustment to the Approval Criteria or timescales is appropriate given the characteristics of the proposed Further Services and where reasonably requested by the Service Provider, meet to discuss the development of the Draft Business Case (as defined in paragraph 3.1).
