1.  DEFINITIONS TO THIS SCHEDULE

In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings given to them below:

CEDR
The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution

Expert
A person appointed as an expert in accordance with Section 5 of this Schedule.

Mediation
The procedure for resolving disputes through mediation in accordance with Section 4 of this Schedule.

Mediator
The person appointed to mediate a dispute in accordance with Section 4 of this Schedule.

Project Neutral
Any independent advisor appointed by the Authority and the Service Provider for the purposes of Section 3 of this Schedule and whose role is to provide guidance in relation to the Agreement and/or in the case of a Dispute.

Senior Executive
A director or other senior executive of either the Authority or the Service Provider.
