Other provisions

10.  The Expert shall not be entitled to act as an adviser to either party in any subsequent proceedings without the other party's prior written consent.

11.  The Expert is not an Arbitrator within the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 and the law relating to the arbitration shall not apply to the Expert, the determination or the procedure by which the Expert reaches the determination.
