Data likely to include: data actually handled or processed for the Authority as part of the Services (e.g. payroll data), data about the way the Services are delivered and data about the personnel involved in Service delivery.

Authority Data transferred back to Authority.

Process for identifying what other data will have to be transferred from the Service Provider or its sub-contractors on exit (or accessed fro it after exit).

How will data be accessed or transferred

What records will be kept throughout the Contract Period, and towards the end of the Contract Period, and be disclosed to the Authority and/or a new service provider.

Details of how the Service Provider will ensure that all relevant data is provided in a format readily useable by the Authority.
