Access and Assistance

Provision to the Authority of access to records, information and the locations from which the Services are provided, in order to enable the Authority to undertake surveys and gather information relevant to the Services, 6 months prior to the end of the Contract Period.

Assistance which would be provided to the Authority in relation to any tendering exercise it may carry out (e.g. access to sites and staff).
